I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?

F.lux on your computer. Free and they work.
This 🤓👆
I don’t know if they help but I use them lol
I actually do feel a slight difference but idk it could be a placebo effect. The way I see it is that it can’t really hurt
Maybe it’s placebo but I notice less eye strain and better sleep so honestly don’t care

This is the right answer 👆🏻. Let the marking work, and don’t ask questions. If it works, spend the money.
I noticed less headaches and significantly less (from everyday to never) dry eye once I switched to wearing them.

But you gotta get them from the doctor or proper store. The cheap ones online suck.
My friend swears by them
My prescription glasses have the blue light filter. I notice a positive difference
Same but I can tell if it’s the filtering or an updated prescription
I have some - they are great for tired eyes!
Had a boss ask me if I “purchased glasses so I could work longer?” Lol
I got one for free, they definitely work!
Sweets thanks for the input guys! Any brand suggestions??
Mine are Warby Parker, have been using for almost a year!
I think they help
The actual evidence is that they help regulate your sleep cycle if you use them at night. Pretty strong evidence for that. But they do nothing for you if you use them during the day. They do not help "eye strain".
I swear by Felix Grays - used to have bad eye twitches from too much screen time (even using flux) and they completely disappeared when I got blue light glasses. Now on my second pair & will be a life-long customer.
The downside: once you get used to them, it’s hard to look at a computer screen without them!
