This sort of ASMR review of fun topics really helps me concentrate

Honestly, I just look for the specific triggers that work for me. With how much it blew up in the past few years, many of the channels are way out of my range of caring or feel really awkward with the type of content they do (like when it feels more like a softcore porn than an ASMR video). So I look specifically, for example, at haircut videos, head massage videos, and videos of people doing crafts (paper cutting noises, etc). Usually searching specifically for those items will pull up videos, and you can search channels you like the videos for.
I prefer more “lo-fi” type videos instead of all of the fancy mics and stuff. Two of my go to people are southernsoundsasmr and asmrplanet.
I watch barber shop ASMR videos. Very soothing.

You'll be surprised how many people have a huge fetish over crispy fried chicken eating ASMRs
My favourite are the soap cutting and sand cutting videos! I find the eating ones so cringe
