Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

GPA has nothing to do with intelligence. It’s experience people have plus not making the same mistakes over and over again. Good common sense goes the furthest here
If they were smart they'd be in high finance, MBB consulting, or working at FAANG.
Source: me. They made sure I had a pulse though

Tbf, D1 is implying that smart people work in front office roles. So, a swe at faang.
GPA is nowhere near a good indicator of how good you are at anything but school.
I had a 4.0 and completely agree. I know way too many people that thought a high gpa would mean they’d coast and then they were surprised with average ratings. No one cares about gpa after you have a full time job
If you’re smart you wouldn’t be in this field to begin with. Long hours low pay. If you’re smart you would be doing something else right now instead of counting other people’s money for living.
I had a 3.2 GPA in undergrad (while working full-time)….this was after having a 2.6 GPA in high school.
10 years into my big 4 career now and I am often recognized as the smartest person in the room and on top of that I can outwork anyone.
Go for it, work hard, and don’t look back.
Proof😂
I don’t think I’m that smart and have been here for almost 4 years, as long as you’re a hard worker and willing to learn you’ll be fine
Generally speaking, no. Most of my cohort are just drones who are good at following instructions, with 0 critical thinking ability. Sure, they’re driven and competitive, but just not very intelligent otherwise. And that’s putting it lightly.
GPA is also not the only factor that measures intelligence btw.

I’m like barely able to write my name and I did ok.
I had a 2.9 from a meh school and took everything in me to pass the cpa. Currently a manager..
I’m not that intelligent and work here. Just care a little and you’ll be fine.
Someone smart already made all the policies. You just need to be open to learning, communicate well and politic
It doesn't matter at all. My GPA was around 3.3, but I had no problem passing CPA exams and received good reviews. I know a few big4 folks with great GPAs who can't even pass the exams. As long as you work hard and learn, you will be good. All the best.
I would say no, because the easiest way to escape public accounting is not to start in the first place
You are not worthy 🧐
Two facts:
The B4 are each very large organizations.
The average person is average.
If you can extrapolate from these data points and draw a conclusion about whether everybody at B4 is smart, you are probably smart enough.

Really depends on what service line you go into. Across the firm though people are probably average if you’re simply measuring pure intelligence. However, how smart you are is also a byproduct of the effort you’ve made in learning whether at school or outside of school. Since future knowledge is built on past knowledge. But smart is a relative term and I’m sure people can become smarter if that’s what they want to do. Even those at the big 4.

Why does it say you already work at PwC?
If you feel your peers are above your level, push yourself and get on their level. Either you’ll grow and be able to hang or you’ll grow and take your growth somewhere else
My GPA was a 3.4 and I made it🤷🏼♀️
im faking it with a 2.9 gpa. 6 yrs and counting
