I’ve been producing for the last five years and while I’ve learned everything I know from on the job experience, I know I still need to learn so much more. I’ve been applying for producer and pipeline programs for the last two years with no luck. I would really love to learn from someone with film and funding experience is possible. I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I have 3.9 years of experience in tcs. Last year i was selected in DCA exam and started receiving elevated incentives. This year i was wrongly given C band and because of that my incentives are now paused. But the thing is my compensation letter still says my ctc is 8lpa. But in my salary slips I'm not receiving according to ctc. Currently I'm serving notice period and told the other company that my ctc is 8lpa. Will there be any issue on bgv when i join next company?

I am booked on a month-long gig at a great agency and another not as good agency just reached out to book me for a three month gig. The agency I am at has said they could possibly extend me and they just put me on a TV campaign that ships mid March But haven’t definitely said they are extending me past the initial month booking. Would it be bad form to say to the agency I am currently at that another agency wants to book me for three months and ask them to book me for two more months
