Finally, eligible to buy T$LA 😁

For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

F. Thinking about getting into s8 myself.from my research Pros are pretty apparent. Some of the cons I've seen is harsh treatment of property, lack of appreciation/depreciation of RE asset, and regularly inspections.
Note: my local housing authority does a free landlord class online once a month (im taking it monday). I imagine yours does too-- worth checking in on.

Re: inspections. That's how it works here, too. I've found that Facebook is the hub of property investing in my area. There are many contractors who state they specialize in passing s8 inspect, so don't think it will be 2 hard.
Re;damages. I looked into it, and it does look like s8 will cover damages in some instances if you follow their request procedures. Generally, I think this is on brand for s8. If you're good at reading and following procedures, you can do well.
I think if that’s the niche you want to build then stick to that and don’t try to get your hand in too many pots. Build the business round section 8. As others have stated the Pros are stable income and that tenants don’t want to lose their subsidy. Make sure to learn the regulations
Washington DC. Higher rates of return, but don’t recommend it. For the most part, tenants want to remain in subsidized programs, however. I was shot at once.
Yikes. That’s scary
