Take the initiative and go get the free learning badges out there. Its best if you can hone in on an area (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, NetSuite, etc.).
If you have internship experience using any of these, make sure to communicate that on your resume.
I joined OCS out of college. Try to sell yourself as collaborative and experienced in project focused work that is dynamic.
As far as education, you can try a few explorer badges for Oracle Cloud - but those are going to be for brownie points. They won’t determine whether you get the job or not.
