Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

Yes. An education I paid for and I graduated with honors? You bet I’m always going to include it.
Do you put your gpa also? Or whether you graduated summa cum laude?
Yes. But I omit the date.
Same here.
Yes of course! Some employers want to see a Bachelors or a paralegal certificate. I didn’t think about it but might omit the dates from now on. I am a notary and I put that as well.
I was told to remove the dates of education, and also my address which I had on my résumé. I am hoping that it will assist my search as I am in my early 50s with 25 years of senior experience and excellent references. It seems many of the liquidate positions now go to women with only two or three years experience. It is very frustrating.
No, only my employment history. As a person who assists with hiring, when looking for experienced candidates, we don't care about education.
Definitely, especially since most employers still request at least a bachelor's degree under the qualifications. I now omit the date as well.

Yes - especially if you went to a paralegal studies program. I know in Chicago this is something I look for and you better believe those who went to more reputable programs go higher on my list.
