P much same exact position as you. I’m waiting until I get promoted to senior next year before jumping ship. Idk about you but after 1 yoe I feel like I finally understand my job so now I’m going dig deeper into it and learn the more complex stuff.
Lol I don’t think the Kpmg year end raise will even take me to 80k. Don’t wanna stay another year with low pay
If it's anything less than 30% might be better to stay put for another year

Wow that’s low pay. When I was at IBM a few years back my pay was 90k in DC area fresh out of college. Surprised big 4 pay less
What’s associate pay at Huron?
For reference I have 1 YOE in mgmt consulting and salary is $97k in HCOL
You could probably swing senior somewhere and low six figures wouldn't or high 90s wouldn't surprise me
Yep I've seen staff to senior to other firms after 1 year. Not the case during normal times, but these days it's worth an application.

1. Are you in Lighthouse?
2. I would make senior first then jump. This should only take another year, you’ll get a good internal bump and signal to prospective hiring managers that you were good enough to get promoted.

Do your best to get into that group. Frankly KPMG is ass at a majority of their services relative to other B4+ACN, however Lighthouse has a niche and does really well.
