At Deloitte in the DC metro as a GPS Senior Consulant. Looking to eventually transition to a role at Microsoft while remaining in DC. What certifications, skills, and project experience should I seek out to prepare?

I’m trying to figure out what I’m worth. I’m a director / editor who works directly in-house at an agency. I’ve directed several (roughly one a month) broadcast spots in the last year for a national fast food client and I’ve also edited those spots among editing other random national spots in-between. The production budgets range from roughly 200k-500k per shoot depending on how many days it is. I get paid 75k yearly which is feeling pretty low when I do the math. Is that fair?

My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
