One of my coworkers has withheld information that's important to my research because of a personal conflict we had. Should I speak to management or is it his right?

Just wrapped up a deal with a regular client (although the client’s deal teams vary). I’m a Junior and did a lot of the emailing back and forth with the client and with the other side. Is it appropriate for me to add the client deal team members on LinkedIn? What about the lawyers on the other side?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. Husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year with no luck. All of our testing came back normal except his morphology was at 6%.
