Change my view: moving internally at midtier from tax to TAS rather than taking B4 offer. Internal offer TC is greater than the B4 offer and I wouldn't be required to commute to any office, whereas B4 would want me in the office as soon as it's open. Other benefits don't really differ too much.

I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. Does WITCH companies consider independent contractor experience. I have uploaded the experience letter as an independent consultant and also uploaded my salary credit enteries. But TCS hr is insisting on uploading salary slips. But as an independent contractor we don't get salary slips as we ourself manage our taxes and all.

Looking at buying a house. Want to have kids in 1-2 years but ofc you never know how easy that is. Can buy a house closer to friends and more lively, but worse school districts (not awful, just worse) -- or can get one a little farther away, more residential, but better schools. What would you choose?

How do you ask your clients to do any work? It’s supposed to be team of 3 but one is too lazy and the other one never knows what’s going on. I feel like I’m doing the work of at least 3 people. To make it worse my lead doesn’t consider it a problem after I brought it up from time to time. He’s extremely hardworking and made me peak at imposter syndrome. It’s also my new job so I try hard.
