I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

I have just joined Amazon Retail as sr Program Manager a month ago. I miss banking/technology now. I have heard that I can move teams. I know it’s too early so I don’t know how to approach this situation and potential HMs. Reaching out to this community to seek help if you have similar roles for which you (or your network) is hiring, would you be able to help? It’s better to be in a relevant role and be best than performing poor in current role. Please help.

To make everyone AE in this chain feel better about themselves, I’m a Junior Account Executive with 5 years of professional experience from good agencies making $46K. Any condolences you can express are appreciated.
It’s about 60k here at my LA (holding company owned) creative agency. Supervisor is 70-80k.
@AE1 - 70 sounds very high. Have you already gotten a second raise since being in that role? AAEs/coordinators make in the 40s. By your suggestion, getting promoted would double their salary. (In reality, it doesn’t.)
$70k, 4.5 years experience
@SD1 - I moved from NYC about a year ago so that might help. I’ve also worked at 3 different agencies so moving around helps you get more.
$58k - 2 yr advertising experience, 3 yr event production
@AE1 ah yes, both would do it. Thanks for the context
