Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Fly in the other direction via Japan / Korea
Yup, think this is the best way to go.
Update: Canceled the entire reservation and rebooked myself on UA for 1k more than what I paid on AA. AA is giving a full refund of the fare. Sitting onboard flight to MUC onward to BOM now. Still getting in on the same connecting flight from BOM to HYD. What a whirlwind of an afternoon! 👀
Loved connecting through MUC, this might just become my preferred way of visiting home now. Been doing the Etihad runs for a couple of years now but the AUH-ORD segment is too long for my liking, would prefer to break up the travel into manageable 8ish hr segments.
In BA’s defence, this is out of their control. It is just immigration policy. Weird you need a visa to transit: are you changing airport (from LHR to LGW, for example)?
You’ll now know that schengen does not include UK.
Is your H1 stamp expired
That’s the issue. Travel via Asia instead
Are you a US citizen?
No, H1B with an expired stamp
Likely you won’t experience visa issues
I’m flying same route in few hours. Should I be alarmed?
Pwc3 is right
AA should be able to book you on Cathay as its part of OneWorld and you would go the other way around. Other option would be Qatar Airways. Those are the only other airlines in OneWorld that fly to India.
Check visa requirements at https://www.united.com/web/en-US/apps/vendors/default.aspx?i=TIMATIC There are some exemptions for UK transit visas but you’ll have to see if they apply to you. Always, always check these requirements before booking a routing.
If you cannot transit the UK or get a UK transit visa quickly, try to look up routes via Asia and the Middle East. AA doesn’t doesn’t itself serve currently serve India but might rebook you on one of its OneWorld partners it codeshares on such as Qatar, or Cathay Pacific. However, the change may not be free - it’s your responsibility to hold required travel documents at checkin.
This is strange though. I went through that route few times this year and did not face any issues. But I’m worried now
Everyone’s situation tends to be different. Look up what your entry requirements are (see the link I pasted in above) and ensure you have what you need before you go.
I’m surprised BA provided a refund. How did you manage that
It's a voucher from AA for use over one uear, not a refund. Still need to confirm the amount because they said the voucher would be for the full fare on the phone but when I checked online using the ticket number they gave me on the phone, doesn't seem like it's covering the full cost.
