Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte
Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

As a designer who’s currently in the middle of job hunting, I’d love to ask, what advice would you give? Was there anything you changed that helped you gain momentum or start getting more recognition from employers?
I’ve been struggling to land even a single interview or any feedback for the past 3.5 months, and it’s been really frustrating :(
3.5 mo is a blip, sad to say. Best advice I can offer: 1. break up your searches with fulfilling things like reading, create, exercise or volunteering. 2. Keep check that your resume passes ATS (ask Gemini), and keep it simple but impactful; one page. 3. Stay active on LI: offer an article that you found interesting and explain why, not just "like" and other useless emojis. It will happen, so chin up!
