Been doing the agency grind for about 25 years and seriously considering going freelance as my next move, before I officially age out. But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
