Is 75% bonus A&M the average? I’ve definitely heard even higher in this app, even for senior associates.
Yeah, assuming an avg
You should add 10% profit sharing for ATK. This is on top of bonus. So another ~25k.
Thank you K4!
UPDATE:
Assuming first year manager with avg performance.
EYP (M1) - 200k base + 36k (18%) Bonus = 236k
A&M PEPI (M1) - 140k base + 135 (95%) Bonus = 275k
S& (M1) - 195k base + 68k (35%) bonus = 263k
ATK (M1) - 200k base + 80k (40% bonus) = 280k
LEK (M1) - 200k base + 40k bonus + 60k variable comp = 240 (for comparison purposes), 300TC?
ACN Strat (M1) = 177k base + 9k (5%) bonus = 186k
For fun (not confirmed)
BCG PL1 - 210k base + 70k bonus = 280k base
Mck EM1 - ?
Bain M1 - ?

EYP5 30% is for top performing mgr. question is for average.
UPDATE:
Assuming first year manager with avg performance. These are general numbers and bonus might be slightly inflated. Also recognize that firms may have other incentives (e.g. stock, profit sharing, etc.). Feel free to comment if extremely off or I’m missing a company.

OW: ???
For fun (not confirmed)
BCG PL1 - 210k base + 70k bonus = 280k base
Mck EM1 - ?
Bain M1 - 200k base + 80k (40%) Bonus = 280k (+profit share 20-40k) = 300-320k total
Roughly speaking, equivalent position for AlixPartners would be SVP1. TC ~300k+
LEK first year manager (2-3 years post MBA): 200K base, up to 40K bonus, 20% profit share of the two before and 50-60K revenue share (300-320K total)
Certain % of the revenue made off the projects the manager worked on. This is in addition to the profit sharing
$195-200K+ ~40%
Add 10% profit share
Glad I’m an M1 at Accenture 🤡
@A5 lol…. Did not age well
You’re missing AlixPartners here
Yep, that's accurate. Our comp is highly variable - lower end of SVP is ~250-275k total comp and higher end is ~325-350k.
Idk if anyone else has said this but the Accenture Strat Comp above doesn’t include the 6% 401k match that a lot of these other firms don’t offer
😂 every reputable firm offers that OR MORE!

Is this for first year Managers? Because our Manager base goes up to around 230-240
Yeah, I’m tracking this is M1
EYP (M1) - 200k base + 20k (10%) Bonus = 220k
S& (M1) - 195 base + 68k (35%) Bonus = 263
A&M - 140 base + 75% bonus = 250
OW - ?
ATK - ?
ACN Strat (Not Tier 2) - 177.5 base plus 5% bonus = 186
Correct, the progression is a little slower in RX than in PEPI, essentially meeting up in timeline at the Director level. It’s ultimately just an alignment to the markets they serve, RX being banking and PEPI aligning to other buyside advisory.
Im not in strategy nor have an MBA but dayummmm
Pwc1: what is there to explain that’s hard to comprehend what EY2 is saying? They are saying the pay for these opps are high.
Accenture new hire:
Base: $190K
Annual Bonus (10-12%) ~$19K + Profit sharing = approx $209K TC
Doesn’t include $50K sign on bonus
10 YOE
I'm grossly underpaid and we just received a comp adjustment. 😂

But are those M&A comparisons apples to apples? WM post-merger IT integration vs EYP due diligence are different offerings.

S& M1 is 195 + ~35%

What about Deloitte and OW?
Rising Star
Deloitte’s pay is in line with Accenture’s. They’re not a competitor in that sense.
I’m a second year EM at OW and I expect to make somewhere between 280 and 300 this year but it’s influenced significantly by my performance and the firm’s performance
250-260 TC
EYP goes up to 40% bonus... and 30% for Director ... not sure where you're getting your figure from sir/ma'am

Key word is "up to". At least for us, they're trying to show what an average performing M1 can expect to get.
Anyone have Deloitte S&O or KPMG Strategy?
