Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

I've got a job offer from Deloitte Latvia ( Deloitte Central Europe) for the Riga City. The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .

I was wondering today what Uncle Ernie would do if I went back to a flip phone...
I have ATT @$60 with 3 GB + unlimited text etc. I have started to use Wifi at client locations and hotels for my phone to manage data budget. It works.
Cricket - $55 after tax gets you either unlimited talk text data or unlimited talk text + 8G data + hotspot. Runs on ATT network
T-Mobile prepaid - get $100+ card for a free android LG phone, and use it towards a $45/mo plan for 4GB unlimited call/text and for +$15/mo you can get unlimited international calling. Today

Simple mobiles plans are decent
Verizon has a prepaid plan for $50 with unlimited talk, txt, and 5gb LTE
Sprint's unlimited is $50/mo, or GhettoPCS' is $60 (taxes and fees included). Those are the only two unlimited plans that fit under the $60 cap not inclusive of percent discounts. I've yet to do that math. Right now I'm on VZ 2 GB/mo for $52/mo total
