If I buy a car from a private seller out of state where I’m paying off their lien, then there’s a delay until the bank and dmv sync up and release the lien on the title, does the car just have to stay with the seller or I have to pay to ship it to me? I don’t see how I can drive it back without the title, which is required to get a temp transport plate. Car is in Wisconsin I’m in Illinois, and lien is with Chase bank.

I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card.
