I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.
I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

LinkedIn is pretty accurate at targeting jobs. Put the level you want, corp bd, corp dev, etc., and you will have the daily updates come in with pretty actionable jobs.
I'm in a similar position...interesting seeing a lot of corp dev and target identification type roles and fewer diligence and post close...which is where we know the magic happens ;)
