What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Any tips for BCG first round interview?

I think a lot of EA roles are hourly plus OT. I like to call it… sourly lol like they give you a base “salary” number because you’re required to work 40 hours a week and anything over that is time and a half. So the recruiter is probably just mixing their words. I can’t say for sure, but I’d bet the role pays for example, 90k plus OT
Yes she did say OT was included, which is nice, just haven’t heard of EAs being hourly before. Thanks!
Hourly + OT + annual bonus averaging 10% of base salary. SoCal EA salary range is 80-100k supporting two global leaders. Pay is a bit low in my opinion, a lot of other large companies offer up to 125k
All of the EA roles at my company are hourly plus overtime. I prefer this rather than just a base salary because you get paid for every hour worked and I know a lot of EAs put in more than just the 40 hours a week standard.
Being paid hourly is when you're on a temp contract. As a perm employee you should get your base pay for the legal number of hours in your country of residence. In the UK we legally work 40h/week.
I work at a major tech company and I’m salary nonexempt (meaning I’ll always make my base salary plus time and a half overtime). So since I work 9-6 daily, which is 45 hours per week, I always at the very least make 5 hours of overtime. This bumped my $95K salary up to around $110K. It’s the best way to go, in my opinion, unless the base is super high.
