I am about to receive an offer from ADP Hyd. I have 12+ YOE. What is the grade that will be best suited as per my exp? I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Not sure what the decimals are, are you referring to years at that level? L4 is 250-300 base depending on group for the first year and each level goes up 100ish base I believe. Initial stock grant is 175k that vests over 5 years. MDs also get VEIP where they can invest up to 30% of salary in ACN stock that the firm matches at 50%. All in comp for first year MD is around 400 when factoring in that as well as performance based bonus and RSUs.
Clarification for the VEIP 50% match - it isn’t 50/50 over years 2 and 3, it cliff vests at year 3 (after 2 full years).
Anyone have CL5? And worth pushing for CL4? Moving to new market.
