One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Hi Fishes need your suggestions please. I have an interview with PWC for GCP DE Manager, currently working in pure technical role as data engineer. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. I’m getting back into the design game after taking a break. I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different. But I miss doing graphic design and creative work. Any advice with getting back into the field after being out of the game for 6 months?

I’ve worked for many companies involving creative traditional/digital artwork, but my last job threw my health under the bus, so now my current has very little creative work and work with databases..

My question is: what was the thing that helped you get back into a creative job?

A year ago, I got promoted to Art Director, and since our team is pretty small, I’m still very hands-on in terms of designing. I’m currently responsible for creating online advertising, branding and everything that goes into our social media channels (design, not content). I want to ask others Art Directors here, what responsibilities you have. What your day-to-day looks like? I’m still doing everything that I used to do when I was a Lead Designer.
