A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

What are you using the iPad for ….. if not cheating ….
*im assuming you’re taking the interview on your laptop, so the iPad is a secondary device*
If you’re using it for notes, just be safer and use pen/paper.
Chief
I wouldn’t. Even if you’re not cheating, why introduce that thought into your interviewer’s mind?
I just prefer ipad to note/pen. Have used it for notes, laptop for screen.
Thanks guys
Go for it. I’ve always had an iPad and a pen/paper and told them - “I wrote down some questions I’d like to ask” or, “I’m gonna take some note as you go along”
Just let them what you’re doing. They should be okay with it. I’d be and i’ve interviewed before.
