Can someone give the salary w/ bonus of a CSA at Morgan Stanley or JP Morgan in NYC with series 7 and 66?

I have a total of 20 years of consulting experience, with 15 years of PeopleSoft and 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience. Lately, I've been thinking of moving into Sales. Please advice what's the best way to proceed, as well as if this is something you recommend. I'm looking for better work life balance and salary around 190K. Is this realistic?

Interviewed with firm. Crazy close to home. Firm does my specialty. Seems like a good fit (I have ptsd from previous firms so gun shy). I think I got low balled salary wise. Like $25k less than what I am making now. I would have 4+ years more experience than any of their associates. Their most senior associate has like 4 kids and has a stay at home wife. I m wondering how come people who are offered such big packages can't calculate even their own salary and keep posting guys what's my in-hand?

Watered both plants last week but noticed they’re still pretty puckered/dry. Would it be too much to water them again? (Currently at north-facing windowsill where they get some direct sun). Soil seems dry after testing with a chopstick but I am super anxious about overwatering!
