Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

My two cases were complete opposite: one traditional profitability case; the other was a project that a recent partner had worked on, so it was more of a fluid brainstorming exercise
For preparation, I’d focus on profitability cases and just be flexible depending on how the conversation goes
There is no common type - know profitability, situation analysis (market sizing, market entry, etc).
Know how to brainstorm, interpret charts, and how to lead the convo. We’ve standardized recruiting a lot to minimize implicit bias so you can get a “McKinsey style” or a “Bain style” - it’s not necessarily the interviewee led always.
