My firm pays staff & seniors hourly, with 1.5x pay for overtime. Firm just cut our hours from the normal 58-60 down to 40 a week for the foreseeable future. Should I be concerned about layoffs?

It’s disturbing that Publicis fired Tom Goodwin for his Twitter rant. To be clear, they are well within their rights to do so, but I wouldn’t want to work somewhere where you can get fired for questioning the prevailing orthodoxy about important issues of the day, including political topics.
