Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Does your partner also not particularly like working with you? If so, you could maybe both have coffee with your ECD/CD and say, you like the agency and most of your team, but you both could be producing much better work with different partners. It's not uncommon to make switches to keep things fresh, if an opportunity to do so comes up. Leadership won't know to think of it if no one raises it or they think the work is "good enough".
If I leave, what do I say to interviewers? If I leave, do I put it down as freelance? And if I leave for what seems like a great new role with my old partner (who I also didn’t love) am I an idiot?
Don’t go from one person you don’t vibe with to another. You’ll be back here in 2 months asking advice again. My two cents.
How do you know when to leave? I’ve had convos w them about the partner but nothings changing obviously. And the boredom is driving me nuts. At what point does one say fuck it?
So are you considering looking because you don't like your partner or because you're bored?
Both
Why are you bored? Not as busy as you want be or client work? What type of work are you doing?
Not enough work. Digital strictly
If you’re bored there might be a reason they aren’t getting you a new partner. I never have down time and get put on a lot and sometimes without my partner (who I don’t necessarily love either). So it might be a sign that you’re agency prefers them
Well that’s good! What city are you in? Is there a lot of jobs?
