Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I give them a VR headset. Once they're staring at absolutely nothing, I hit them in the crotch and stomp on their toes. That's how I work.
Put together a presentation, not just login to your site. Organize it. Show a range of conceptual work, produced work, and things you made an impact on. Be very clear about what your contribution was. Give a brief of the brief, some insights, and why it worked.
I'm looking to see if you are a good presenter as well as a good creative.
No. Ignore all I said. For some reason my un-caffeinated brain read "work week". I quit.
CW1 well, it changed my life. Hoping it changes everyone else's
Dazzling ass!! Love that so much.
When I ask that while being interviewed, I just want to know what the work flow is like. How you answer also helps me interpret whether or not the process is a f***ed up mess, or seemingly organized.
Create a solid flow that you can naturally transition from project to project.
I was taught to place your best work at the beginning, middle, and end. If time is an issue you you may want to get to your best work sooner.
It is also good to tailor your presentation to the type of accounts you want to work on or work that is inline with the agencies style.
Keep project overviews short and sweet, only hit the main points and don't dwell.
CD1 and AD1, very helpful- thank you. I have a lot of work to do now....
The first thing I do is put on my assless chaps. Then I offer a few pairs to them. It's a good ice breaker.
CW 2, glad to see my fashion advice is catching on.
My chapless ass will look dazzling in them.
I ask what they want to see first. As I get older the portfolio review part of the interview gets shorter and they prefer to chat and suss out my personality and experiences. Lately I only go through two or three projects before the conversation naturally changes, and even then it's not a super deep look. I've done the usual work, the ideas may be different but these old pros know the process and don't need to hear it again.
