What is the best-kept secret among realtors?
I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?
What are my chances of negotiating into a VP level role with at-least 155k?

"I actually have a credit score of 800. How you doin?"
0, M, masters. Veteran... I've heard so many stories of people bragging to me about their quarter of a million in student debt and 80k in CC debt. No thanks. 0 on both. You'd think I'd be a chick magnet... But I can't exactly open with that can I? 😁
$0 - Like, really... math is not that hard. You out of money? Stop spending.
Zero on both. Never cc debt, and paid off student loans first year out of school, Who carries debt? Math is not hard folks.
$0, just graduated, 6 credit cards including chase sapphire. I don't understand how anyone accrues credit card debt. Just spend it like its a debit card, the interest rates are ridiculous to allow yourself any debt
Credit card debt is for retards. Unless it's from some extraordinary spending like medical exp.
Only if it's 0%. I've got about two weeks net pay on 0% deals because I'm doing house projects and like cheap money. Otherwise, absolutely no revolving a balance. It gives me the ability to say "oh, fuck this shit" at any moment and leave a bad gig.
$$0... If you have any debt that isn't supported by a zero interest rate you're doing something wrong... Really wrong...
Damn. You peeps got it together. About $18k here, 8 years out of school. I've admittedly done a pretty terrible job keeping my spending in check. Bought my finances engagement ring on my CC last year and paying for a lot of wedding stuff this year. Trying to reign it in asap
0 credit card debt, senior associate, done with my masters 3 years ago and then joined my first full time job as a consultant. And yes, any educated person should never have a credit card debt unless it's 0% apr, or for some emergency. There are better ways to borrow and save money than using a credit card at insane apr. D1 and A2 said it right. I've 8 credit cards, got guest one about 5 years ago and never paid a penny on interest.
Way to keep it real EY3
Lol, I think in some bars, certainly when I know they are full of consultant hotties that might actually be funny enough to work. Thanks, 808, but who's counting
Any credit card debt*^
$0, consultant. No major debt (beside car loan). :)
@veteran, pretty easy to not have student debt once the government has paid for undergrad and grad school... Thanks for your service...
$0, analyst, 1 year post grad.
... Welcome ...
210 dollars current balance 4 years out
$300. 5 years out from masters degree. I just use the cc for big expenses so that I can earn points and redeem for cash into my checking account. I usually pay off the entire balance every month.
