16 weeks fully paid for all new parents.
Depending on time at the agency, McCann now does 12-14 weeks paid leave for moms and 6 weeks for dads.
I think they changed the 1 year rule a couple of years ago.
Fully paid 12 weeks for primary care giver + additional 2 weeks for each year of tenure, capped at a combined total of 24. So... roughly six months paid if you’ve been here a bit. Secondary caregiver has 6 weeks paid I believe

Nope. Six weeks at less than full pay. So ridiculous.
12 paid total as the mother. 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity + 6-8 weeks short term disability (company pays 100% of the premium), and the coverege is 100% of your salary.
They also allow you to roll over any unused vacation time into a extended leave bank, which you can use for additional mat leave, medical leave or family-care leave.
I took off 6 months by combining rollovers, PTO, leave.
