Bajaj finance is extending an offer to me for Pune location of 16 LPA fixed. My current fixed is 11 LPA. Is this offer good enough ?

It's a bet on yourself. Promotion aside It's a 15k raise if you hit your targets and max commission. People can say promotion eligible at alot of marks. Doesn't mean it will happen.
If the base isn't negotiable, I'd see if either commission is negotiable or 2 days in office per week after the initial 60-90 days of on boarding - to allow for culture adaptation.
Uncapped commission sounds better than a 14K target in my opinion.
from my prospective, the difference between 1% and 9% match is huge. The main goal for a job is two things, make money and retire fast. Think about how much an additional 8% to your 401k will do for you. It can shave off some years. Unless retiring isn’t a big goal for you then.
Depends on your goals. At different points in my career I would have preferred one over the other. I just took a job that WFH 4 days a week at a reduced salary because I have kids and needed the flexibility. I am very established in my role and make good money so the small cut wasn't jeopardizing my career or my bank account but the flexibility was everything to me and balanced my life well. Early in my career I would have been more aggressive and take job 2 for the growth potential and money. When my kids are out of the home, I'll again be money driven to make more money.
First of all what is your total earning potential in each role? Because the base is a joke unless your making a ton in commission
