Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

No. How do you know for sure the the training is good and that they will have you work with AI? A lot of times it's all fluff that companies sell to candidates
Watch out for the old ‘bait and hook’
Yup. I would in a heartbeat
I would never go down on base for those reasons.
“Get trained on AI” - do you want to switch to coding after making Senior Manager?
The question basically boils down to whether one would take a pay cut / 1 level demotion to work in something they are passionate about. I’m inclined to think yes.
Have to consider long term progression and earning potential, but also want to be careful that grass isn't always greener on the other side especially if you don't have a clear cut benefit like less travel.
Yes
SM role can suck. It depends on what you like to do and that’s a small drop in salary overall. Life is too short to pass on opportunities for a job you want to do and like

Is the rest of the compensation / benefits worth the 13K?
No.
Any org that says they invest in training is not telling the whole truth... Usually it's a lot of online content available that you learn through Dr Google.
They may be a better choice but don't put training as one of the criteria
No
I would even go farther and criticize the international presence piece. What good does that do you unless you are in a role with heavy international travel? Is that what you want?
Sounds like a scam. Why risk it ?
I would!
F no. Sounds like you're already underpaid as an SM. Have you benchmarked against your org?
