If you think you'd be better off at another company, do it. WLB is important for long term growth, no point burning out or being depressed trying to earn more while living depressing routine. If the company is stable and job security is there, go for it.
Ask for much more TC. Move if they match your Amazon pay. If they can't, then maybe it isn't as great of an opportunity as you think.
Btw, hyper growth companies who need you to build from scratch are unlikely to have great wlb. Having to figure everything out from scratch is its own challenge, plus the pressures of growth, lack of precedent, change in direction, leadership whims, etc.
If you know the offer is at a company that's showing promise, it sounds like a good deal. Being fully remote can make up for some loss of compensation, between commuting and clothes and just time spent going back and forth. If you feel like it's time for something new, it's time for something new.
