I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Help me with a situation. I am in ad sales now with $140K OTE, but my ultimate goal is to be in enterprise software sales. My plan was to take the next level up of my current role, with a $220K OTE, to get the large enterprise experience vs the small enterprise types I work with now.

Today, I was offered a $215K OTE MidMarket role at current company but I'm having doubts it's the right move. It feels a step back in business size experience, and doesn't get me any closer to end goal. Thoughts?
