Currently in CDP, considering switching to TDP. So far my projects have been similar to PMO roles so I haven’t done much actual consulting roles. However, I don’t know how I feel about working in powerpoint, presenting, and making workshops in the future. CDP has a faster career progression, but I heard that it is harder to get on projects and that S&C in general is struggling. If I stayed in CDP, would I be at a higher risk of getting laid off compared to if I switched into TDP?

What is realistic comp and career progression at a PE firm exit?

I have 10 YoE in the Customer Support field, making 68k currently as a lead agent. I applied for a supervisor role, above my current role, and didn't get it.

Any recommendations on how I can leverage my YoE in the future for this role if I've never been in a supervisor role?

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
