Currently interviewing with another firm. Had a second phone case interview. The case didn't go perfectly (imo) but I connected really well with the SM. Recruiter just let me know that I've moved on.

If you’re working with a freelance recruiter/ headhunter but know of open positions outside the ones they’ve brought to you, is it best to reach out to the agencies yourself or through the recruiter?

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Just found out I didn't get an offer for a role I thought I was fairly qualified for and was looking forward to moving. Feeling bummed that I don't have what it takes for the role and company.

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.

How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.
