Total experience: 8+ primarily as a PO/BA being part of agile team. (Out of 8, have PM experience of 3 years)
Education: MBA from a reputed university
Location: Pune
Current Salary: 25 LPA

1. Am I underpaid based on my qualification and experience?
2. What should be the salary range I should be targeting in my next switch.
Note: Will be looking for jobs in Pune only preferably as a Product Manager

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
