Post producer day rate (or hourly) in LA?
Hi everyone, I'm comparing two offers from Accenture and Cognizant. Could you help me figure out some of these questions: 1. At 5 YOE, what kind of package can I expect? Current offers: Accenture (12LPA fixed, 2.5L variable), Cognizant (14.3LPA fixed, 45K variable) 2. Nature of work - What kind of work can I expect from these companies? 3. would I get the opp to use any authoring Tools? 4. Work life balance - which is better? 5. Increments - avg % hike? 6. Culture - which is better?
Can anybody refer me for finance roles?

Honest question: do Big4 consultants have a wlb problem in the US? Here in Germany they definitely don’t. On the flipside, they’re paid horrible too.

In the US, you can easily get the TC with Deloitte. The WLB… unlikely. WLB is also subjective but, averaging 55hrs a week not including travel is not what I consider WLB.
55 hours a week is an overkill with regards to wlb but it can be done since the rest of you all do it.

Let us know if you find this golden egg! In my experience, you can’t have it all at once - WLB usually takes a hit once you get to the level where the other pieces are unlocked. Good luck my friend! -fellow Canadian

I think it’s going to be really hard to get this…like virtually impossible. You’re asking to come in at least manager without any consulting background.
I have 16yrs consulting and three yrs industry as a executive and McK wouldn’t budge on the level (EM)…and I have a M7 MBA.
