Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

You should be resigning even if you don’t have a job.
What
I’ve been at it since May… I cant remember how many have gotten to third interview and rejection… it’s hard to stay positive.
Been super busy with freelance, but I prefer full-time. No less disheartening to be rejected though.

Don't beat yourself up. I honestly think it's always been competitive. Companies let go of people when the pandemic hit so there's no reason it became less competitive if those companies couldn't even hire or keep their staff. Maybe the full-time movement is in-house but there aren't that many in-house places or roles I was crazy about. Agencies have been tight for a long time. Freelance market apparently did well (I guess cos the companies who can't maintain staff use freelancers.)
I looked for a job for 2.5 years too while working one, and started 2021 full of hope but it was very tough. I did manage to land a role in Sep. It was really touch and go. If you believe the talk around here, creatives or employees have the leverage but honestly in my shoes it's hard not to feel grateful for landing my role.
It's a marathon. Take breaks. 🌈
