I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

10% increase so $83K base pay for SC? Lol what. That's still severely underpaid.
Are you consulting?
I'm currently interviewing for SC and they're offering me $125k
Deloitte is a national staffing model. You get paid the same wherever you live. At least this is true in s & o
I'd bring it up OP. I'm on a low end to as Associate in MC, i brought it up and it was well received so now I play the waiting game. Just to put it out there I know a C1 in Tech (AAE I think) making 92.5
Your firm offered me 110 base with 2.5 years exp at the consultant level. You're getting cheated here.
If you're this low, be aware it may take more than one pay cycle to fix. I saw a ~20% increase without promo and was still under. So I'd say if you make promo 35% would not be unheard of simply because that would still put you on the low end of SC. Worst case, it's a job and you can leave or leave and come back if you need to
OP you in US or Canada?
Came in as experienced hire
@D6 Nope not in Federal
I was under the minimum when promoted to SC and received a 50% increase.. every comp cycle since seems weak in comparison! ;)
Your practice makes the call on %increase..most will do the right thing and try to bring you level especially if you are a top performer
D7 that's very good to know :)
Around 10% total pay increase and 14% bonus
@D2 wouldn't 80s be about 30k lower than the normal SC range at Deloitte? From people i know the C salary is usually higher than that. OP if there's that much of a discrepancy and you have good reviews, I'd bring it up. It's totally appropriate to fight for your worth
Yes in Consulting
@A1 my thoughts exactly considering SC is two promotions from new hire.
In US
Tech, hc,so?
How is such a low salary possible for someone getting promoted to SC? I'm so curious
@D4 I was low balled from the beginning. Started at 70
