Sounds like you would be a 1st Year C at DD
Structure: analyst > consultant > senior con > manager > senior manager > PPD
Comp for myself and similar individuals at c1 level was anywhere from 65-87 depending on location
Experienced hire = more room to negotiate initial salary
Ouch -____-
Just got early promoted and am blowing that out of the water 😭 was really considering moving but idk if anyone can match what I make now
If you have not already Glassdoor salary searched I would recommend it...with two years of experience you will come in at consultant level for sure so look at that
Yeah I did already, Glassdoor isn't always accurate though unfortunately 😭
Either way, I've always been interested in Deloitte as a firm (regardless of the naysayers) and was going to network/interview within the next few months but idk if I'd jump ship for a pay cut (if I did well and got an offer) - 18 months in here making 6 figures+
Do you happen to be post-MBA? Otherwise, at least salary wise, the grass is not necessarily greener, it's just a different shade of green
Also, to clarify, by 'next move' I meant a promo from c to sc, have had a few plane beers and am not as clear as I otherwise would be
Yeah... got a 50% pay bump on my early promotion.. typically it's a 2 year program (CBD) and was originally budgeting 25-30% so I nearly 💩 myself when I saw the jump.
You'd be a C at Deloitte, depending on your speciality expect $85-105k starting. It really depends on what you do - our regard for IBM in what we consider the digital space is limited, so you'll have to come with a brand.
But congrats on early promo! Definitely think this through before jumping or staying!
Yeah, beating that 105 mark as well 🤔
I'd say I'm lucky, but will also say I worked my ass off for it. (Not saying others don't as well). But I plan to up the ante and go even harder now.
Thanks for all the input guys, you give D a good name 🔥
I'm close to recruiting, but the top of that range is our most in - demand stuff.
Salesforce. All the other cool stuff is mostly a hobby as nobody is paying for it yet.
MBA or no?
SC?
No MBA
Ibm structure is: consultant > SC > MC > SMC > AP > P > etc.
Trying to find what DD equivalent to our SC is and what the compensation is
