I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

Any had any luck with getting off cycle raises? I requested an increase outside of performance review. From a HR standpoint, do you know why this very hard to get?

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
