Director of Revenue role for an O&G company. What should I expect at the interview?

Can anyone suggest if it is possible to get an opportunity in any of the Big 4organization for any entry level role of an consultant.
I am a MBA in Marketing graduate, 2021 passout, currently placed in a manufacturing organization, working as International Business Executive where client management, consultative sales, product marketing, business analysis ( SWOT), strategic marketing and internal coordination & management are some of my primary roles.

Looking for advice please!!
Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. Plus i’m also accounting for wiggle room as i’m not expecting them to actually agree with the full 12k counter offer

Need some Advice.. I’m a professional MBA student that was working FT and used an PM internship to transition into the space. I stepped in for an actual PM who was on leave and was doing real work. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months. I’m not too happy with the offer or the wait. What should I do? I am currently job searching.

I'm not necessarily unhappy with the firm I'm at, but have started looking into in house opportunities, as I've seen some interesting openings. I understand this will likely come with a pay cut (perhaps in exchange for a better work/life balance....tbd), but does anyone have any thoughts on other considerations/questions I should be thinking about/asking?
