Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
I’ve been postponing actively looking for exits ops because I felt bad that I will be leaving my teams before busy season and thus burning all the bridges. But I’ve reached out to recruiters and they haven’t set up interviews for me yet. So am I just stuck on another busy season? If there are people willing to refer me to other big4 or non-big 4, DM me. I’m looking to move from audit senior 3 to TAS. PwC KPMG RSM

EY has federation with a bunch of clients. Go to homepage, click Collaboration Tools on the top bar, click Lync (ha), then click the panel for Federation for EY Clients and Vendors. It has instructions and the list of EY Federated Companies.
Federation requires a technical connection between the two firms chat systems. If you want to chat with someone at a company where Federation is not yet setup, it may be a pretty big ask.
@EY 1 you are so helpful ❤️
Great question about adding people from other firms! Deloitte started using it last year
You can use it with clients that also have skype for business and if you complete federation with the client, you can IM / ping them directly
What is federation?
Who knew EY was so technical!

D2 hit the nail on the head. All about federation.
EY has request templates to enable, disable, and extend federations. I think it's fairly straightforward with the new versions of Skype for Business. You may want to check if you have something similar.
As long as you log in via the web-based outlook application, you can set up a video meeting invite with any email address. Just have to make sure they're also using Lync or Skype for Business
@EY 1 u are AMAZING
