I use a powder in my hot tea every morning. Notable difference in hair and nails, nothing else that I would say is noticeable for me.
Yes I take NeoraFit which is a weight management. The morning sleeve has collagen that I will put in my coffee or protein shake.
There are 3 steps (weight management) but you can use all 3 separately if you want. But without the weight management. If you would like more information about the NeoraFit, I can send you information.
I’ve been experiencing joint pain while training for my upcoming half marathons and I just started taking collagen today! Looking forward to see if others have experienced relief for this issue, too.
I found it to be very helpful for arthritic thumb pain. I couldn't hold a cup of water before I started taking it, now it's virtually 100% improved. Took a couple months but it was worth it.
Following this! I keep getting so many FB ads for different ones and would also like to add one to my health/beauty routine. I don’t want to pay a boatload but I’d like something people feel like works! Especially for hair and joints
I take neocell liquid collagen
Second this
I put powder into my morning smoothies. Hair and nails became stronger. My cosmetologist believes it helps my skin too
Is there a brand you’d recommend?
Yes! Skin join health and hair! Also I take glycine an essential amino acid with NAC n-acetyl-cistene to promote glutathione production

I use a fish based collagen since I’m a vegetarian. Definitely noticed my skin, hair and nails are better, but most importantly my bone spur in my heel from running too much is actually getting better and no longer gives me pain. It’s definitely worth trying for yourself ( any collagen in good collagen)
Hydrolyzed collagen is best
Nuskin collagen product has a lot of science behind it. It's a liquid in convenient single packs and tastes good.
