Do you guys think a 95k base plus sign on bonus as a senior reporting analyst in the Chicago area seems about right? Would like to ask for more bit they are maxed at that but also don’t want to price myself out.

We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day. We both love that he is getting enough sleep and well rested on one hand. On the other hand, we are now wondering if he is sleeping way too much.. contd…
