How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Acc3 - you aren't paying for anything at Oliver Wyman. And if I may interpret your statement as opposition to paid parental leave, I'm glad of it.
Yeah I checked the handbook this weekend after this exchange; its 12-14 weeks paid plus I think up to 6 weeks paid after. 6-8 was 100% pay on short term disability, plus 6 weeks paid parental leave (the latter running concurrently with fmla), and then up to 6 weeks unpaid with the rest of fmla. It's confusing, but I think they have to cobble it together that way because in MA legally they can't offer more parental leave just to women (so they use short term disability to get around it).
I am currently on 3 months paid as a guy
Unpaid is fucked! Isn't that illegal now?
The ability to understand Acronyms is also a consultant requirement. #consultantfail
4 months paid plus possibility to extend to 6 months.
To clarify...Glad you're not at OW.
^ Wow. I'm single, but I guess I'll get make babies soon.
4 months paid plus drain vacay holiday and sick time.... I did 5 months paid and 1 month unpaid

OWs leave is 3 months paid, and paternity is 6 weeks paid
Ey1 FMLA only gives job protection not paid leave
Fmla only entitles you to unpaid leave
I'd be very surprised if it's unpaid. Check back with HR. If it is, we need to make a stink about it and make sure it's changed!!!
Yea I was REALLY surprised when I found out. I am hoping you are right! I'll check with her again.
The HR person I asked pointed me to the employee handbook and says unpaid for MA. Is it different by state?
4 months paid or 5 months paid if you've been here longer than 5 years. Can do up to 1 year with benefits/insurance paid - last 7-8 months would be no salary.
OP I'm in MA and it is definitely paid - I would circle back with HR (I haven't taken it but a friend definitely took the six weeks paid for paternity)
And brush up on your FMLA language when you talk to them again
Also entitles you to the leave if you're eligible dol.gov/whd/fmla/
