Personally, I always sell company stock once it's awarded. Granted I don't get much of it, but I don't like the idea of my income AND a huge chunk of my retirement/general savings being tied to one company. That's how all of the employees at Enron got screwed.
I would sell the ones with no gain before selling the ones with 50% gain. But if you need to sell the ones with gain, make sure you are past the 1 year mark so that it’s taxes as a long term gain.
