Does AlixPartners send rejection email?

I'm midway in the application process. Finished the AlixPartners assessment about two weeks ago which I think it went pretty well. However, did not hear back from them since then. Tried to follow up once but didn't receive any reply. Not sure if this is a silent rejection.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.
