I do and here’s what I’ve noticed. My hair grows a bit faster and seemed to get thicker, at least at first. (It’s pretty thick already, though, so it’s hard to tell.) I ran out of the supplement and couldn’t get it for 2-3 months, and my nails were absolutely trashed. They’re thin anyway, but they were weak, breaking, and peeling like crazy, and the missing supplement was the only thing I could think to attribute it to. I finally was able to get it again and they’ve been MUCH better since (although it took a few weeks for the old, thin crap to grow out). Now they’re completely fine. Just my experience!

I have taken the ancient nutrition collagen powder for about a year. I think my hair and nails are healthier without a doubt. I wasn’t sure about anything else but after about three or four months I had several people tell me my skin looked great and glowy and asked what I was doing. I’m not sure if I have noticed a huge difference myself but maybe it’s because I see my face everyday and these were people I don’t see everyday. I’m in my mid-fifties.

No difference in hair and nails, but have definitely noticed with skin and basically now nonexistent under eye bags! Mainly though I’m in it for the joint health bc I have genetically bad knees and I have had tremendous improvement there, thankfully.

I think what I’ve learned about collagen supplements though is that you can’t control how your body uses it. So you maybe see amazing results with hair but not skin etc.

It’s also just a great way to get more protein in your diet! I put it in my coffee so I’m getting protein first thing in the morning. I use Vital Proteins (unflavored)

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.
